Delivery costs are shown before you request payment.

Some delivery options are free and some add a charge per product or per package. The checkout total updates when you choose a delivery method, so you can confirm the cost before submitting the order request.

If a method becomes free above a certain quantity, the checkout card tells you how many more products are needed based on the total basket quantity.

Each delivery card shows its own estimated timeframe.

Basic services usually take longer, while express services are usually faster and may cost more. The exact options depend on the selected region.

Delivery dates can move because of supplier preparation, customs checks or carrier delays, but we use realistic information rather than a generic promise.

Updates without the chasing

You can follow the order stage from your account. Once the delivery partner or courier issues a tracking number, it is added to the order so you can open the tracking page directly.

If something needs attention, speak to EV Outlet. You do not need to contact the supplier or delivery partner yourself.
