This policy explains when an order can be cancelled and how EV Outlet resolves damaged, incorrect, missing or faulty products.
When you submit checkout, you are requesting an order and payment instructions. Bank payment links are the default payment route for EV Outlet orders. Western Union transfers are only available by request and only where EV Outlet offers that option for the order. Western Union is a money transfer service, and we explain it only when it is requested and approved for an order. If the order has not yet been accepted or committed to supplier fulfilment, contact us quickly and we will review whether it can be cancelled.
You may request cancellation while your account still shows the order as pending or payment-link requested. If we have approved a Western Union transfer by request, you may also ask about cancellation while that transfer is still awaiting review. Cancellation is only confirmed when we reply because supplier fulfilment may already be starting.
Once an order has been accepted or committed to supplier fulfilment, cancellation or size changes may no longer be available. This is especially important for sourced, limited availability, pre-order or specially procured products.
Inspect the products when they arrive. Report visible damage, missing items, incorrect products, wrong sizes or material defects as soon as reasonably possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs or video of the product, packaging and delivery labels. We may request further evidence where it is reasonably needed.
If we confirm that a product is faulty, materially misdescribed, damaged in transit, missing or incorrect, our normal resolution is to replace the affected product when a suitable replacement is available.
Do not send products back without written return instructions. Depending on the issue, we may arrange collection, ask you to retain the product during an investigation or provide another practical instruction.
If a suitable replacement cannot reasonably be supplied, we will provide another appropriate remedy based on the circumstances and applicable law. This may include a price adjustment, account credit or repayment for the affected product.
We are not responsible for damage or deterioration caused after delivery by misuse, unsuitable storage, exposure to heat or moisture, alteration, relabelling, onward transport, ordinary wear, failure to follow warnings or customer handling.
Screen settings and lighting can make colours appear slightly different. Minor non-material differences in shade or presentation are not automatically defects where the product still corresponds materially with the real product photos and description on the product page.
Prompt photographs and packaging evidence allow us to raise the issue with the supplier, courier or delivery partner. Please keep the packaging until we confirm what is needed.
