Store Terms

Terms And Conditions

These terms apply to orders placed with EV Outlet. Please read them before ordering, particularly the sections covering product photos, sizing, payment link requests, cancellation, returns and delivery.

1. Scope Of These Terms

EV Outlet sells sneakers and selected fashion products through this website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and confirm that the details you provide are accurate.

These terms do not remove any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

2. Products, Sizing And Descriptions

We take reasonable care to describe products accurately, including the product title, SKU where available, colour information and available sizes. Shoe sizing is based on the size options shown on the product page. Where regional size tabs are shown, they are provided to help customers compare EU, UK and US sizing.

You are responsible for checking the selected size, colour, delivery region and total price before submitting the order.

3. Product Information And Images

The product pictures shown on our website are real pictures of the product you will receive. They are used so customers can see the actual style, shape, materials, colours and details before ordering.

Some photos may be cropped or slightly zoomed on the website so supplier reference codes, labels or background edges are not shown in the storefront. This display cropping does not change the product itself.

Screen settings and lighting can make colours appear slightly different from device to device, but the product supplied should correspond materially with the product shown and described on the product page. We do not use generic placeholder product photos where a listing is presented as a specific product.

4. Prices And Delivery Region

Prices are calculated for the delivery region selected on the website. Supported regions may show prices in GBP, USD, CAD, AUD, NZD or EUR depending on the selected destination.

The selected region must match the delivery destination. We may correct an obvious pricing, currency, size or technical error before accepting an order.

5. Delivery

Available delivery methods depend on the selected region and are shown at checkout. Delivery cards show the estimated time, tracking information and any available free-delivery threshold based on the total number of products in the basket.

Delivery estimates are planning estimates rather than guaranteed delivery appointments unless we expressly agree a fixed date in writing. Carrier capacity, customs checks, weather, industrial action and other circumstances outside our reasonable control can affect an estimate.

6. Placing And Accepting An Order

Submitting a checkout request creates an order request. No payment is taken at checkout when the payment-link request method is used. We review the order, check availability and send payment instructions by email where the order can proceed.

An automated order acknowledgement does not by itself mean that we have accepted the order. The contract is accepted when we confirm acceptance, send the payment request or otherwise confirm that fulfilment has begun.

We may refuse or cancel an order before shipment for a reasonable operational reason, including supplier unavailability, pricing or currency errors, payment failure, suspected fraud, unsupported destination, inaccurate order details or an inability to complete delivery. If we cancel products that have been paid for and will not be supplied, we will return the amount paid for those products.

7. Payment

Payment must be made through an option offered by EV Outlet. We accept payment links and Western Union transfers where offered for the order. If a payment link is requested, the order is not paid until the customer completes payment through the payment link.

Western Union is a money transfer service. If you request this option and we offer it for your order, we will explain the transfer steps and provide the details needed to send the payment.

Western Union transfers are not treated as paid until we have received and matched the transfer details to the order. We may suspend or cancel an order if payment is declined, reversed, disputed, suspected to be fraudulent or not received within a reasonable period.

8. Customer Cancellations

You may ask to cancel before the order has been accepted or supplier fulfilment has started. A cancellation request is not effective until we confirm it.

Once an order has been accepted or committed to supplier fulfilment, it may no longer be possible to cancel or change the order. This applies especially to sourced, limited availability, pre-order or specially procured products.

9. Availability And Supplier Changes

Supplier availability can change after an order is submitted. If the exact product becomes unavailable before acceptance, we may cancel the affected item or ask whether you wish to approve a suitable alternative. We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.

After acceptance, we will work with the supplier to complete the order. If fulfilment becomes impossible, we will contact you with the available resolution.

10. Inspection And Order Problems

Inspect products promptly after delivery and tell us about visible damage, shortages, incorrect products or material defects as soon as reasonably possible, preferably within 48 hours. Keep the product, packaging and delivery labels until the issue is resolved.

We may require the order number, photographs, video, quantities affected, packaging images and other reasonable evidence. Reporting quickly helps us pursue carrier or supplier claims, but does not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Replacements And Returns

Where a product is faulty, materially misdescribed, damaged in transit, short or incorrect, our normal remedy is to replace the affected product where a suitable replacement is available. Do not return products without written instructions from us.

If replacement is not reasonably available, we will provide another appropriate remedy having regard to the circumstances and applicable law. This may include a price adjustment, credit or repayment for the affected product. We do not cover defects caused after delivery by misuse, unsuitable storage, alteration, relabelling, ordinary wear or the customer’s handling.

12. Sourcing Requests

A sourcing request is an enquiry and does not guarantee that a suitable supplier, price, size or delivery route will be found. Any quotation may include separate specifications, availability limits or payment terms.

13. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for choosing the correct product, size, region and delivery option for your order. You must provide accurate account, delivery and contact information and keep login details secure.

Tell us promptly if you become aware of a product safety concern or an issue with your delivery details.

14. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, title to products, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to that, EV Outlet is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, marketplace suspension or a product failing to achieve an expected resale result. Our aggregate liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim, to the extent that this limitation is reasonable and legally permitted.

15. Website, Accounts And Intellectual Property

You must provide accurate account, billing, delivery and contact information and keep login details secure. We may suspend an account where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, misuse or breach of these terms.

Website content, branding, layouts and original materials belong to EV Outlet or their respective licensors. Product images and supplier materials may be owned by their suppliers. No content may be copied for commercial use without the relevant owner’s permission.

16. Governing Law

These terms and each order are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory law that applies otherwise.
